In our plant, on area of 2,700 square meters, in the work is 31 automatic injection molding machines with a clamping force from 200 to 4,500 kN, with all accessories necessary to operate smoothly. The annual processing about 300 tons of different types of plastic granulates into the injection molded pieces from 1,00 gr. -800,00 grams. Our modern CNC-Arburg and Engel machines with robots allow the economical production and precision and a steady product quality. High quality and precision injection molding machine, as well as the drying process for ABS material that will be later galvanize, set quality standards for the following processes. Our tool shop is under the same roof with injection molding, and close cooperation between these two departments guarantees the required process reliability, short testing time and minimum downtime.
