Our own laboratory is working under the direction and instructions of our chemistry supplier ATOTECH, and making systematic control of chrome plating process. Process analysis is carried out on a daily basis using the necessary equipment and instruments. Based on the results obtained chief of electroplating process adjusts the necessary parameters in order to provide the quality of the end product in terms of adhesion of metal layers, corrosion resistance and aesthetic appearance of surfaces on finished pieces that meets customer requirements.
The quality control of products is done on a daily basis, technical staff systematically checks the chemicals and physical characteristics of the product with the instrument and comparing the results with customer requirements. The data is further compared with the production results. All test results are documented and sent to the customer together with the parts in the form of sample test reports.
